Been taking this for nearly 8 weeks and have just taken my blood pressure which was slightly elevated. I’m delighted that it has reduced significantly in just 8 weeks !!
Easy to swallow packet could be better hard to keep closed . Product tasteless and no repeat , but has caused little fluctuations 🤩

Not currently seeing any reduction in blood pressure at quarter way through packet
My sugar levels have reduced recently so it may well be due these capsules - they are easy to swallow and have no smell
