It might be a bit too early to tell but I haven't noticed any improvement in my aches and pains! I'm three quarters of the way through the contents so I'll carry on and see what happens (or doesn't happen!) Easy to swallow and not too large.

Got this yesterday been using turmeric for yrs but not tried this one before but so far so good quality is good and great value for the money and easy to use .

Iv only been taking this for 5days 2 a day I have very bad knee and could not even walk with out a knee support and going up day stairs painful so one step at a timeI highly recommend even if you have menpause and fribomayia which I do.I will be ordering again.
